Iowa Moves Ahead With Electronic Monitoring for Sex Offenders (WHO-TV Des Moines)

Des Moines, August 4th, 2005 (AP) -- Iowa is moving ahead with enforcing its tough new approach to sex offenders. State lawmakers approved a sweeping package of get-tough laws on child molesters that include electronic monitoring for hundreds of offenders who go on parole or probation.
